The "Contacts" component allows you to list all of the available methods for contacting you or company's different departments. It is recommended to at least provide a telephone number (with any associated information: business hours, possible fees for the call, etc.), an email contact, and possibly a mailing address. You can also publish other contacts, such as Skype, MSN, etc. The best way to reassure your visitors is to give them as much information as possible for how to contact you before or after ordering on your site.
